We specialize in US-based technology acquisitions valued between $1M and $50M.  Our work spans technology product and services companies in a variety of markets, but we’ve done most of our work with Software-as-a-Service offerings in the B2B and B2C markets.

Our firm provides an array of technology due diligence services and custom-tailors our approach to your specific investment objectives and timelines.  We like to start off any potential client engagement by completing a needs assessment, followed by a proposed scope of work.

We know investment timelines are fast in today’s M&A marketplace; therefore, we aim to complete most projects within 30 days or less.

  1. We solely represent the interests of our client, and never engage in assignments with conflicts of interest.
  2. Our findings are the confidential property of our client.  Our results will never be shared with other potential acquirers or the target firm.
  3. We will provide clarity you can rely on.  If there are areas of the technology infrastructure we’re unable to evaluate, we tell you.

We only work on a fee-for-service model. We won’t accept equity or a percentage of the final transaction value as we believe this distorts our incentives.
